Benzo Parts Parow

Recieved a autobox took it home luckly I removed sump only to find broken parts laying in the sump took the box back and recieved one after watching the staff remove gearbox from a vehicle that has been standing on floor since 2018 ( I got the box 2020) with a very damaged engine then proceeds to tell me the boxis 100% ( lie ) I fitted the gearbox to my car started the car only to find no pressure at the cooler I remove box take it back then get told that I never had the correct oil and filter only to supply proof that I indeed did have the correct oil and filter the get told I fitted the gearbox in correct I'm a qualified mechanic with more than 36 years experience and will not refund or replace the gearbox but then proceeds to tell me he will supply another gearbox at a discounted price word is going to travel far and wide about my bad experience I would like to know who owns this business as well

On a few occasions I ordered parts from Noel, As I was looking for Mercedes parts and sent e mails the whole South Africa full, he was the first to answer. Nice for that, Every time I was happy with the service and the parts were delivered nicely wrapped.The last time I ask for a throttle body, it was wrongly supplied( I got a cable throttle and ask for a electronic one). I thought, O.K., human error, no problem, and ask if we can split the return courier cost of R570. I was told that he does not get involved in courier costs.So I sent the part back, and after about 3 weeks ask for a refund on the part perhaps. I was told that I will get that amount credit on my next purchase.That means on this job for my customer, I lost the amount for the throttle body and Courier costs that total almost R2400.I for one, will not be a returning customer.

I had looked for a part country wide with no success. I intended to buy the part on eBay. Whilst on business in Cape Town I was told about Benzo Parts. Not only was the price a fraction of the one I was supposed to buy, but the owner was so helpful and friendly that he gave me a few connecting pipes as well.
