What a wonderful experience. *NB 7am start October -March. Thanks to all the dedicated volunteers and the superb venue. Plenty of safe secure parking because it is run around a golf course, which adjoins a nature reserve so possibility of seeing crocodile and Hippo and no dogs allowed ! Also lots of antelope and an abundance of birds and interesting flora. The course is slightly undulating run on concrete paths, grass and some sandy patches. Wonderful ice cold water provided at the finish.

3rd Time answered I DID NOT partake in this parkrun or whatever. We went to the Sabie Sun Resort

The most beautiful setup, with water dams, stunning bridges and trees. I am back in April 2020 as that's my holiday season. Disappointing is that after a week still the results and points not reflecting on Vitality dashboard. Nomsa Kganakga from Gauteng

Time to reflect April 2018Bruce had just been on conference here at Sabie River Sun where the parkrun is held so it made it that much more interesting to reflect on what a great institution we now enjoy thanks to him, the sponsors and so many faithful helpers. A small field (85 on the day) gathered near the parking. The run follows the road out of the resort then left over the bridge over the Sabie river and along the outer border flanking the golf course, past the hippo pool, crossing a bridge and following the Sabie river towards the back 9 holes. Golfers were very accommodating as we slowed down their game. A few climbs along the way gets the heart rate up. Having played golf here a few times I noticed changes to the garden sections we ran past, laid out with aloes and other indigenous plants. Encouraging to see more using water wise plants. A most enjoyable and interesting run.

Really enjoyed my run. Started at 7am but it was really hot. Beautiful scenery to run past inside the Sabie River Sun grounds, saw hippo, and loved the whole experience.

Beautiful venue. I understand the early start with the heat but IT SHOULD BE NOTED ON THE PARKRUN APP which I checked. To add insult to injury we arrived at 7.25 and started immediately. We did not catch the tail walker but finished in under 50 which would have held them up only 10 minutes. NOT WHAT I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED. This was to have been my achievement of my Tourist. Thanks for nothing PARKRIN HAZYVIEW.
