Pick 'n Pay is definitely more expensive than ShopRite. The staff are not friendly. At the till, the packer was talking to somebody else, so we had to pack ourselves. It looks like, as at so many other places, white people have to pack themselves. The customers before us were black and the people after us were black and their shopping were packed, but not us. Pick 'n Pay staff has got an attitude. They're doing the clients a favour although the customers pay their salary. I won't be shopping there again.

Very small store, ok for top ups, not for a monthly grocery shopping spree. Can do with an upgrade. Not much has changed in the last 17 yrs. Look n feel, stock, layout, etc

Most products and items found in one store makes it very convenient to do shopping at one place. However any store who intends to expand and stock almost everything needs to accommodate their customers. Pick n pay needs to make more tellers, not only more tellers but put cashiers at the tellers. Many times...very long lines but just a few cashiers. Very sad!

It's okay, just like any other pick n pays. Only problem is it's very busy and packed. Can't really shop in that center as there is people asking and begging for money which is a nuisance especially in our current economy.
