1) first of all the man didn't sanitize me when I came in the shop2) he didn't greet me or anything and didn't ask me what I want, so there were silence for a long time until I told him that I was looking for a SIM card and i want to register it3) then he asked me for my ID number and my name and my surname so I forgot it at home and I asked my mother to read it for me over the phone while I was calling her then I gave it to him and as he handed me the SIM card I said no it was the wrong one and he said no its not the wrong one , and i asked him to show it to me and he said no its the wrong one , so I just decided to go to another shop because it was looking like he did not know what he was doing or what he is supposed to do , and his friend that was coming out from behind didn't even wear a mask ,

One star is honestly too much.Service was shocking and even ended in guy losing my phone and taking no accountability For it. First he couldn’t find my slip in his book (as I had lost mine) but I found my name luckily. Despite this he gave me an elaborate story about someone who cleaned my car must have found slip and come to get phoneAll this Was just before the 30 day period in which they keep phones and saw my exact model for sale In display caseThe guy is rude and I will never do business there again.
