Bought a 4 plate stove this year April and it has been giving me issues since , reported the matter to the shop and they keep promising to send someone to fix and now 8 months later two plates are completely dead and I'm being told they cannot help me, even though I have reported this problem from day one and they never bothered fixing my stove .I'm stuck with a stove that doesn't work and no one to help.

Worst customer service,they do not communicate.. they haven't even delivered on time, they must just shut down the place. Getting my refund most definitely.

The service on all occasions that I visited the store wasn't the best. The one constant issue they have is that the system is always offline , you end up spending an hour in store trying to pay. The owner or manager needs to work on the availability of system , its always offline.

The customer care is nonsense and they never deliver on time. There is no communication at all, you always have to go to the store yourself to ask about your order which they always answer nonsense, just a banch of excuses

Very bad customer services...they never answer the phones...empty promises to make deliveries the same day..I had to make another trip today personally ( wasted my petrol and my time ..becos it is the 94.7 cycling race) so the roads were closed..that added more to my frustration. So I will be pleased if someone can follow up..or send r staff for client service. Thank you
