Definitely a 5 star experience. I placed my order online and they kept in communication all the way, in fact we had to postpone delivery twice due to rain and builders not being on site. Got an SMS on day of delivery with ETA and they were spot on, delivery was professional.I will NEVER go through the pain of buying and collecting (and sometimes self loading) building materials from traditional stores. These guys are the future. Well done Builmate.

Can't complain I used the next day delivery service and received the standard response of before 5pm but requested that it be delivered before 12pm as the order was placed at 9:30 in the morning. They delivered at 11am. Happy with the online service and busy with another order now.
