Update: 8 March - after a second email to the company they sent out a serviceman who dismantled the shower screen and removed a remnant of a rivet in the bottom rail, which was causing the rust stain. Good clean job and that should be the end of the problem. No screws on the bottom rail so that was not the problem.Rust developing under the bottom rail 9 months after the supply and installation of the shower screen in my newly renovated bathroom. M & S must have used metal screws in a wet area!!!

Ordered supply only wardrobe glass sliding doors.Karen was so awesome to deal with from my first enquiry, to my order, payment and pick up! Customer service like this is hard to come by. Wardrobe doors fit perfectly and easy to install! No mucking around with a super quick turn around and great pricing. We will definitely be using this company again and would highly recommend to anyone.

We have just had a shower screen installed in our very small ensuite. The planning and preparation for the awkward installation was very professional. The price was right and the liaison for the job was very good. The men who did the work of measuring and installing the screen were quiet and efficient professionals.Well done.

We were very pleased with the service and product quality from M & S. From the first contact to the completed shower screen installation, it was a pleasure to deal with this company. Tina on reception was helpful and cheerful on the phone and by email. Brad was careful with the initial site measure and communicated clearly. Somehow the team managed to produce and install within 3 days (usually 6-10 working days) simply because I asked if installation could be done as soon as possible, due to another shower screen company letting us down. Now that is impressive for a small order first time customer! The framed tri-slider shower screen is well made and neatly installed. Many thanks.I know where we are getting all our future shower screens from!

Best customer service. Needed a 40 by 50 cms mirror. Which i wasn't expecting to find but they made it for me and in affordable price. Lady at front was very friendly as well. 5 star recommendation.

We had both our bathrooms renovated, 1st bathroom great 2nd bathroom the door opens the wrong way. When you get them around to give you a quote make sure you see the drawing before you go ahead.l spoke to the installer and was told thats how all there doors open, now i wish i hadn't bothered with them.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience from M&S Glass. Tina the receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had 2 different tradesman come out to our home. 1 who measured and the other who installed the shower screens the following week. Both were fantastic, professional and friendly. And lastly the owners were amazing in honouring our request. We are in the process of having the frames of our bathroom mirrors replaced from white to chrome by M&S Glass. We would highly recommend M&S Glass to anyone and will use them for future mirror/glass work.
