Long quees, especially the express till but understandable due to number of people. I am not sure how can they improve, but maybe by trying the system used by Makro where the sometimes when paying using the card it is not necessary to go the the till,

If I could give it a zero,I would. I bought long life milk and it was rotten not even a week after buying. I bought pudding which was rotten in the same day. I bought a muffin that was hard as a rock. Truly disappointing!

This is the most beautiful checkers I've been to in South Africa so far.It's clean and has so many products which I can't even find in both my local checkers shops.Though I was on holiday, couldn't pass up the opportunity on snatching up some well priced items.

The shop itself is clean and has basically all the stuff one can get from the supermarket. The problem is the cashiers, its like they are always on a go slow" . whether the queues are short or long you still going to wait long and they are unfriendly."

Second time ever, at this store and the English escapes me. My new year eve salad is not going to happen.How do street vendors sell fresh tomatoes and a hyper store cant sell fresh stuff even three days before its sell-by-date.It's going to cost me more returning their rotten goods. Awful!

Absolute chaos. Cigarette kiosk never has stock of cartons and always have to give single packets. Packers will decide to pack stock onto the shelves during the busiest time of the day. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO THERE DURING MONTH END WEEK.
