Excellent service for your Volvo.These guys come highly recommended.They are a proper garage and service centre. They went the extra mile looking after my XC70.If you drive a Volvo and live near Cape Town, look no further.

This place used to be great but they aren't the same anymore. You take your car for a regular service then they keep adding stuff to your bill. They told me all my brake discs and pads must be replaced at an extra R12k, they said my disc is cracked and I took my car to a brake specialist cause I couldn't afford their high prices and the specialists could confirm there were no cracks on my discs. Then they wanted me to pay R750 for windshield wiper blades which was not needed at all.After they finished the service they only call you at the very end of the day to collect your car, even if it was finished long ago.After fetching my car, I got home only to find that they didnt even stamp my service book. I always held this place in a very high regard sending all my friends there who own Volvo's but with them adding a bunch of stuff that was never needed in the first place to the bill, being dishonest about stuff that needs replacing and me now needing to go back there again during working hours to get my book stamped, I dont think I can recommend them to anyone.Fortunately I was able to go elsewhere to get a second opinion but I cant imagine how many people end up feeling like they have no other choice and end up taking out loans etc. to pay for the unnecessary parts and labor.To put a cherry on the cake, they phoned me the next week to let me know my car is ready for collection when it was already picked up the previous week.

Awesome service for Volvo owners at a price that is not exhorbitant. You can also find good old used spares as an alternative

My husband had his Volvo serviced at Swedespeed 19 December 2022.The same afternoon after the service when he arrived home the radiator light warning came on.There were no radiator leak warning before taking the car to Swedespeed.He phoned Swedespeed and they said they mentioned it on the invoice and he must just keep an eye on it and make a booking in the new year.When he picked the car up he was NOT told that they picked up a small water leak" and he must rebook as they need more time to check it out.Nothing mentioned about a radiator leak.Seems they were not even aware where the water leak came from.Last night driving back from Worcester he started having problems and had to add water at the Engen on the N1.Not the first bad experience here.Obviously he will not be going back there.Ps. R800 to polish headlight!!"

I bought a flapper motor there for my Volvo from Henry. Very helpful in finding the right one that worked as they are coded into their respective positions. He allowed me to test a few until I found a matching position motor that worked.

I brought in my car for a service and I am glad I did. Chris and his team fixed everything and it runs so much smoother now! Thanks guys I will be back.

Excellent service. I’ve an XC90 2011 and had a clanking sound on my prop shaft.. Every mechanical advice I got was to have it replaced at great cost. Swedespeed auto solved it by simply greasing the ends and clanking noise was gone. They know their stuff!
