Placed an order with Molubi late January 2021. An installation that was supposed to take 3 days from installation to COC is now 5 months. Malubi say their son in law stole letterheads and was stealing business but we paid money into their bank account. I advised them at the time to lay criminal charges against their son in law following which we heard nothing. We are sitting with a system that has half an installation with earth cables and half not. Harry (the son in law) advised Malubi is sending their electrician to COC and that the electrician only works on weekends as he has another job. Its now been 4 weeks of promises and excuses. Will not recommend Malubi Solar nor Solar home for any solar installation.

Workers were pleasant and friendly. Leon and Amanda was full of BS. He was full of empty promises and she was rude, not towards their employees mind you, but towards their customers. I am obviously not a pure" Afrikaner so she kept dismissing and talking over me

@ Molubi Management - all monies were settled upfront and in Full for the initial installation. Molubi Solar Hotty quote, which was settled upfront in FULL again - was a lumpsum quote with no additional breakdown for the amount - one can only assume that it was an all inclusive amount hence all materials was included to ensure optimal USE - which you have guaranteed!!!. Just say OOPS" you have to pay for additional material and labour to make the system work is unacceptable!!!"

Installation was done in November 2022. The panels were installed on my carport. Ever since then my carprt has been leaking. I have reported it numerous times and have been promised on numerous occasions that it would be fixed. It is now May 2023 and I still have a leaking carport. No one has ever come to my house since the installation. Their after sale services are shocking.Another promise and another week has gone bye but still no contact from Molubi as to when my leaking carport will be fixed.

Bought an inverter by them ask for an synapse 3+ 3kw unit when I got home I noticed I bought the 3+ 2.4kw inverter .Paid R8k for the 2.4 were all the othere solar shops ask between 5 to 6k for the 2.4kw and 8k for the 3kw .When we phoned and queried it they said they don't take returns even if it was the some day .

Unfortunately Clients that does not want to pay outstanding amounts will write a review like this and expect 1st class service.Molubi Management

Best company we ever dealt with. Out of 5 other companies they were the only company willing to walk the extra mile with us. #MolubiSolar is the best!

I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional and misleading service. After sales service is basically none existent and the installation is full of hot connections Resulting in melting wires.
