The service we received was very good. We were not sure about the type of printer we wanted but a gentleman by the name Law assisted us and we managed to buy a very good printer and to date the printer is functioning very well without any problems. Thanks to United Business Solutions for their awesome service.

I have no interest in working with United Business any longer and I don’t think I will ever refer anyone to them. We have had the most painful and costly relationship with the company. I don’t even wish them well in their business, especially your sales guy i was dealing with by the name Law Mutavha who gave us a ridiculous 100% increased rate than normal.

We have been dealing with Ridge from United Business Solutions. He has always been courteous and immediate to our queries. There were some issues in the technical service at the beginning but the exceptional customer service provided was immediate.

Ryan Ramjogi is probably the reason we signed up with United Business Solutions. I have a very short fuse when it comes to bad Customer Service and not once have I felt the need to complain about anything with United. From day 1 until now, Ryan has gone the extra mile in providing an excellent service to my company and I am too please with the After Sales relationship he has given to us. I don't know if I would've signed with United if it wasn't for the satisfactory service that Ryan showed from that first phone call. I am glad that my company feels like the only company he assists. Thanks Ryan, keep doing what you do!!!

I would like to thank Jacques Stanbridge from United business for his excellent service and assistance.I had a MS word problem which caused the printer only to print the header and footer of the document.Jacques effortlessly assisted me with the repair, and I was able to continue with my work.Thank you Jacques and United business for your quick response to assist

We had a switchboard system installed by United Business solutions in 2016. The service we received was always great up until now!!!We moved premises during September, we notified United Business of our intention to move and we planned all the logistics accordingly. We arranged for the switchboard installation the same time as Telkom came out so that we could ensure that everything was fine. Telkom and United Business did their installations together, Telkom confirmed that all was complete and the technician left. When United Business finished we checked the lines.... Nothing was working. They told me it was a Telkom issue. Telkom came out the next day and confirmed that everything was working on his side.We contacted United Business and paid again for a call out and we decided to move one of our extension lines to a different office.... We paid for the new line and call out on 28 September! Today is 6 October and still the extension which we paid for has not been installed! We finally had United Business technician out to our offices yesterday to repair the installation so that we can make and receive calls, however he was not sent to install the extension! So now we sit and wait yet again for a response from United Business as to when they feel like coming out to sort this out! They are quick to invoice for call out and for new lines, etc. however they just do not care to deliver or even respond to their emails sent to Rebina in support, or even info! Ridiculous service at its best!!!!!!!!

The worst services I ever received. I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to come and fix my printer. Every time I phone them here is a different story and they never get back to you. Please do not use them the service is so bad.

Great service!Great printing service solution. Its been 3 years and counting with the company and I would recommend it for your office use. Any problems you just log a call and a technician is sent to solve it. Easily managed, everything communicated. Account managers prompt in communication and correspondence with client.

I just want to compliment the service received from Jacques from your Cape Town Branch, he has given us the best service, even better than the service department.Thank you once again for all your response and communication during all my frustrations to get my toners sorted.
