Disappointing service. 1. My name and surname was spelt incorrectly on the collection slip AFTER I was asked to WRITE IT DOWN on a piece so the person can type it. 2. I was told my laundry would be ready on Friday, when I went on Friday to collect, I was told it was not ready. I told them that I’m disappointed as I wasted my time and petrol coming there, as they failed to communicate timeously. It was only ready for collection on the Saturday. Lastly, my one item was smelling damp when I got home after collection it btw. Dissatisfied with the service and lack of customer service.

Lovely service. I needed pants tailored b4 my trip they managed to help me last minute Fetch it the next day. They did a great job. Will definitely go back for all my Taylor needs. They professional and neat work was done. I especially if u pregos and need help with pants been Taylored they are a definit go to place.

The branch in Lonehill is probably the biggest joke I have come across. I needed pants tailored for my best friends wedding, I dropped them off on Monday 24 April, by Friday 28 April they were still not ready. When I got them back on Saturday morning, the pants were badly creased and they were not tailored. The pants were only shortened. I will never use their services again and advise against anyone considering to use them. Waste of time and money. Do better

I love this place,Uncle Frank is the best,best service, great conversations,very humble and polite,gives you the info on how to use the carpet machine and explains thoroughly,I am happy
