Nothing special moreover area is not safe you will see many faces outside where you will not feel safe, this is near to parow station and few guys robbed me around this area. Always careful while walking in this area

The cashier I encountered was very lovely, the lady who was packing the items was also lovely I asked her to help bring something down, she did it without hesitating. Great customer service.Prices are not as low as they used to be but we all know the reason so shoprite is not to be blamed.The location of the shop is not so great, so does any other place in South Africa. If you are a solo traveler I'll advise you to be extra vigilant, hide your phone, leave your important things at home like your wallet that may contain important things.

The shop is a bit untidy but the staff is friendly enough.I really wouldn’t shop here if it wasn’t important as there are just too many vagrants about. For a female it is intimidating and scary.Really doubt I will be going there again.

Slow and too loud kak music. Loud that you can't hear a person talking next to you. Will never come back here. You should remember that some people have the ears problem, you can't play that loud

What a rude cashier sinovuyo ngqan...couldn't get her surname at till 11 a customer infrastructure of me literally asked her to check the price of a cool drink and her response was I don't work at the fridges I work in front u shld have asked that side and I passed her a magnum that was left by someone an it was melting she said to me put it back it doesn't matter

Store in a busy area with lots of vagrants around. Surprisingly I recieved good service from the floor manager when an advertised item was not available. Thank you to Mr Brent Solomon for going the extra mile to call me as he went the extra mile to source the items and needs to be commended. Thank you Brent, great customer service.

Very dangerous area these 5 attacked me in my bakkie smashing both tide windows with bricks. Trying to grab my cellphone. The police are useless days later and still waiting for them to arrive Parow is full of bottom feeders that belong In jail.

The Worst service ever, in one of the worst Shoprite stores-floors dirty, and more. Cashiers chilling with no queues moving. Managers shouting at staff in full view of the customers. No one at the cigarette counter and when I asked 'so what now, are you going to get a cashier? The manager looks at me like I'm crazy and tells me to queue at the til. When I FINALLY get served the cashier doesn't know what I'm talking about.I suggest you go have a look at the store...
