Unhelpful and unpleasant staff, despite a near empty shop, expect to stand and wait, unacknowledged. Was annoyingly charged for colour copies despite asking for standard black and white copies. All round sad experience.

I arrived at 5.00pm, their website says open until 6pm. I saw the staff were just leaving. I asked them why and they said they close at 5.0pm due to covid! I questioned them about their website and they said they didn't change it as they are going back to those times when covid over! As I walked away one woman said loudly she can't understand why people come at the last minute. Well, according to your website it wasn't the last minute! So change your website or your attitude!

Terrible service, delivery was late despite it being express " better off using other courier companies. Submitted parcel on Friday but it only left Postnet The Islands Monday at 15h00"

So far I have had a good response with good feedback from Bernice. I called about my parcel that Aramex had since last week Thursday but that has not arrived due to a closure of the sorting facility as a result of COVID. That part anyone can understand. What was pleasing though was that I was since my inquiry updated by Bernice regularly and communications are the key to keep customers in the loop. Thank you Postnet The Islands.
