Cayleigh was absolutely amazing with Riley. His recovery after his op took a little longer then we had hoped and being a very busy dog he didn't make things easy for Cayleigh. She was so patient and truly cared about Riley and his progress. A huge Thank you.

Cayleigh at Pets in Balance has literally changed our dogs life. Our German shepherd has been diagnosed with elbow dysplasia and when we started seeing Cayleigh he was in so much pain and discomfort. After 2 months we have a completely different dog who no longer needs pain medication. We cannot thank Cayleigh enough for all her effort, care and love. Our dog absolutely loves seeing her.

Caleigh has treated Coco our chocolate Labrador for years to assist her with the inevitable ageing process. Without Cocos weekly therapy her life would be very uncomfortable and she is taken care of brilliantly. Caleigh and her team are genuinely fantastic.

Wonderful, caring physiotherapists who really go the extra mile to assist your pet in returning to health. Worth every penny!

Our bulldog was diagnosed with a hemivertibrae and starting stages of spondylosis. The vet recommended physio and we started going to Pets in Balance.They did a very detailed analysis of areas and requirements as well as using the xrays and report from the vet.Julee is very reactive to most other doggies and cats and the Pets in Balance team handle this so well that the transition is very smooth and Julee starts her sessions in eager spirits. Even though Julee is boisterous, Joané handles her with kindness and patience to ensure she gets the treatment she needs.Julee is overjoined when we get there and I know she enjoys her physio (and very specifically the hydrotherapy)

Sharkie, our 15 year old dachshund, experienced several back and neck spams due to back issues. She arrives at PiB in agony and leaves walking on her own. After a few sessions she is her old self. Thanks Joané and Caleigh for professional care and pain management.
