came to buy a laptop charger the old guy who helped me is apparently a expert so he didnt want to sell me a charger without bringing the laptop in told him exactly what i need as i am a computer expert i build and fix pcs so i know what works and what doesnt he still refused to anyways you should learn your staff some people skills how to speak with customers and not yell if asked a question i went to the phone shop further down bought universal charger and it worked fine you wont be seeing me again sountech

Old man has a bad attitude shaking his head when talking to customers absolutely disgusted

Went there this afternoon, immediately picked up as approaching the elderly gentleman behind the counter that he's tired of the day and reluctant to help but I asked hi do you have 8g&4g eye terminals he's reply no mine he's too small, than knew that he didn't want to help as I have been coming there for years I know they have!, I asked can I see yours, he's reply No they won't work I than said just bring them, he's reply Don't Get Excited. I than backed off him being elderly i respect him, just to receive them pay for them and. They were 8g wow... Any way I'm not a difficult person but I have been coming there for years with a uneasy feeling when walking in, u won't see me again soundtech I'll go where people want money.

Went there 29April 2023 bought a ups paid with my card the cashier did not give me a slip only to realize she didn't give a slip I returned the ups on 30 April 2023 they insisted the cashier gave me a slip and on top of that I show the guy the money went out of my account and the stores name was on my transaction .they insisted I must pull a bank statement to proof that I bought it there.last bit not least they refunded my money to my card and still today I'm waiting on my money I will take this matter further

One of the worst stores in the mallNo business etiquette and certainly not worth purchasing anything there.I was told they switched"manufacturers and suppliers and therefore I cannot get a refund or an exchange.when I told the salesperson it would be a loss to me he just shrugged his shoulders...fyi the product where all made in china and so were the new stock...so whose fooling who here?Shut down this store"

Terrible service. Not helpful, unfriendly and couldn't even manage to give the correct price for item requested. I would much rather give a zero star rating.
