I phoned them for a quote today. Petro quoted me R1800 over the phone for labour, but when I received the quote it was R2500 for labour for 1 downpipe! Then she claimed it was a small mistake as they had a price increase. That is a price increase of 25%! Probably saw our address and decided on a nice 25% increase! Daylight robbery!

Decently priced and friendly however they provide a terrible service. I had references from 2 people they had done work for previously and their work there was satisfactory (maybe I was just unlucky):Messed on the driveway and walls to the extent that I needed to repaint some of the house.Workmanship was not great and leaked after completion.Needed to provide my own wood as they had miscalculated.Left workers on site without necessary tools and needed to provide my own so that the job could get done.Old down pipes were left on top of the roof and wood was left littered around the house on the so that I needed to do the cleanup myself.

Our business had all our gutters & down pipes replaced. since the rains started earlier this year, we have had leaks and to try and get someone out is a nightmare.....their aftersales service is SHOCKING!

Called and eventually 2 days later someone phoned after I had to remind them. Week later still waiting for a call to discuss the quote...rather get someone that is serious about business
