Andy from the Kyalami dispensary is simply the best. He is kind, considerate, thorough and efficient. Everything that you want from your pharmacy. Such a relief to know that when you call, you are speaking to someone who actually listens to what you tell them, and talks you through the details of the script. Thank you Andy! Much appreciated.

Please place people behind counters who are willing to assist clients in a respectful manner and give accurate information. You cannot tell a client requesting paracetamol generic syrup it does not exist. Paracetamol is the same as Panado you insist. Panado contains paracetamol in the same manner Calpol does. When patients request a generic, if you do not know consult. You cannot be rude and insist on giving inaccurate information, worse walk away from clients and claim you do not keep generics. We gave generics on the market to ensure all patients have access to medication. You opted to deny a father to a child access to paracetamol based on money at their disposal all due to ignorance, lack of knowledge and unacceptable attitude. It is totally unacceptable. Please treat patients with respect and provide them accurate information to ensure they have access to medicines. I commend Clicks Kyalami Corner for providing a client with accurate information and access to medicine for the patient.

I have never received such good service in any shop in my life. Just asked a lady named Karabo working in the aisle for some assistance and she gave a very good recommendation. After taking the product she later came back to us and told us that it’s on a special (buy one get one free) but we took the last one. She went and got a manager, Lorain, without us asking and the manager took our details to get some from another dischem herself when she goes home. It was such a refreshing experience getting such good customer care. I know it’s silly season with Christmas coming up, but I can honestly say that the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had all that we needed. Even walking randomly through the shop we received great assistance from other staff members at other departments. Thanks for a great experience!

Absolutely appalled with the service at the Dischem Kyalami Corner Clinic. The resident sister is unwelcoming and cold, not exactly an ideal attitude to have as a sister working with patients. It’s almost as though you being there is an inconvenience for her. What a shame! In addition to her nonchalant attitude, she seems to lack work ethic as well!I went there (01/12/2022) for blood work and was told that I would receive results within 5-7 days. 11 days later, I receive a call directly from the Ampath lab in Waterfall to tell me that they only received my blood on Thursday (08/12/2022) and as a result, it cannot be used and I would need to go directly to the lab in Waterfall for a urine sample instead. They then proceeded to tell me (upon frustration) that they too could not get ahold of the sister at Dischem for an explanation. My goodness, this is incompetence of the highest grandeur!I visited the clinic for geographical convenience and evidently, it was a complete waste of time as I now have to go directly to Waterfall for corrective measures.I will not be visiting the clinic in future and would not recommend it by any means.

Very professional service and a well stocked store, the employees were very helpful and friendly.

I am very disappointed with the service I received I am a regular at this Dischem Making expensive purchases fortnightly the lady at the Till Checks if my money is fake but the women before myself she didn't check her money the lady after me gets greeted warmly and respectfully I was not even greeted I am highly angered at the rubbish service ive been given I am a person of colour perhaps that's why my money was checked to see if it's not fake but I mean I am a regular at this dischem purchasing gym supplements vitamins medications I will be takiing this further as it's not the first time I've received such rubbish service it costs nothing to say Hello Sir Hi sir Thank you sir and if you check my money to see if it's counterfeit I expect every clients money to be checked

I called the clinic on Friday 03 June. The lady working at the wellness clinic was rude, unprofessional and impatient when I tried booking for my appointment. Zero manners. I call the call centre directly to shift my appointment to Rosebank because if she’s rude on the phone, how worse can she be face to face. Truly disappointing because the Dischem Kyalami corner store is generally of good service.

Never has stock of chronic medication and even worse im told by the person behind the counter that they have stock of my medication but its expired. How is that info supposed to help me?Service is friendly but i think they need to do stock take more efficiently. Why keep expired goods and not order new stuff knowing we coming and loading our repeat scripts with you but have to go elsewhere to get the medication yet you insist on loading the repeats on your system.If you call their number it rings non stop then cuts which means you have to physically drive there to check if they have what you need, only to be turned away after being told their stock is expired and they will check which other branches can assist. Not like they're cared about your petrol consumption driving around nor care about what happens when their patients dont get their Chronic meds. Can you imagine the repercussion of a bipolar patient not getting their meds cos your stock is expired.... really guys....Waste of time, petrol and energy
