It seems like some staff are more helpful than others. First employee I asked about weetbix on special said they are finished. The next one went to the storeroom and came back with a full sealed carton. Helped myself to my satisfaction. Not only weetbix but some other items on special are not kept in shelves. You get them only upon asking. This to me is so unfair. Customers are denied full access to specials. Some accept that items are out of stock whereas stock is available in storeroom.
