The reception was not very helpful. It felt like being at a government department. I had to be constantly asking what to do next. I must add though that I arrived 30 minutes before closing time so maybe they were already preparing to close but I had phoned in advance to ask what's the latest time to bring a vehicle for inspection.

Better time management, better communication and profesionalism will make this place and experience more enjoyable. I get that it's a busy day but when a client ask how long will it take and you say 45 minutes, only to find out that it takes more than 2 hours, it's a very disappointing experience. It is clear from previous reviews that this is a recurrence and something you should work on.

I have done my car for a technical for almost 2 months, but I have still never received my report via email and called them via phone they told me they would email me, but nothing yet

No problems, got there early and was done in an hour. Very pleasant staff. Got a bit busy when I was leaving, so get there early!

The service is really poor. The inspection team is great but the front staff is very unprofessional. The location is also not great.
