Medicross Parow.
Almost a year ago I lost my gp Dr C Reiners, It is so difficult to find a new gp and starting from scratch building up a new relationship with a new gp.i finally met a gp Dr Clint Johannes. I feel comfortable with him and whom I believe will serve the community well and his patients. Working in a medical environment you can easily assess who is a gud dr and who is not. I recommend Dr C Johannes. Cheryl

I wouldn't recommend them AT ALL. My second time here and second time I have to wait over a hour for a Dr to see me. Reception doesn't even keep you in the loop to why the Dr is running late. Very bad service!

It was a utterly disappointing experience there , our appointment got canceled last minute and no contact was made they knew about the situation since yesterday but no contact was made until the last minute and then when we had made a scene and complained the reception and one of the doctors discussed to another patient about what was said in the managers office which is extremely unprofessional truly disgusted will not recommend going there and will never set foot there again

So my husband had an appointment for 8:30 this morning. After he waited since 7:30 he had to cancel today, due to him working in Paarl and the reception sending in a walk in patient before him.Firstly apparently only chronic scripts can be done in the mornings, so what is the purpose of making appointments?Terrible service

3 weeks after I've ruptured my achilles tendon I've still not gone for an operation due to receptions incompetence. I've had to get forms for them from other doctors and I've had to tell them how to do their jobs. Absolutely disgusted with their incompetence I'll definitely never go there again

We came all the way from Jhb and whilst on vacation, had to rush for assistance. Impeccable customer service from Mr P Fortuin. Exceptional care for any person walking in and great assistance from the nurse as well. Thank you for treating us with such care. My partner and I are so appreciative. Really gave us hope in our SA health care again.

Been twice to Medicross Parow. A week after both visits I wasn't healed, had some flu symptoms. Medicross wants me to make another appointment to see a other doctor. What a waste of money.

I experienced very quick service. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this practice. You can book your appointments online, that way you can go exactly when you want to.
