Clicks Pharmacy Columbine Square

I've been coming to this pharmacy section at Clicks Columbine Square for a number of years now. The 'lady' and I use this term with a sour taste in my mouth was the most unfriendly service related person I have encountered before. Learn to greet your customer back when they say hello, say good morning back and smile back when this is done to you. Manners goes a long way when dealing with customers.

The manager at Clicks columbine square sitting on the chair and looks like she is sleeping. The staff is rude as he'll when I asked the manager are u not going to sort the issue out she turns around and say it's not her problem, don't call me. They have attitude. I have proof of her just sitting and folding her arms. This manager as well as the staff need to be put in the right order. No way to treat customers.

What awful service. They advertise for pick up but you are never notified when medication is ready. This has been the case everytime a script is renewed. Even though you request notifcation when you email. Their sms service does not exist.

Service at the clinic is slow, inefficient and quite poor. Online bookings were made for vitality assessments that could not be performed due to technical issues at the clinic. Clients were not informed in advance and wasted their time.

Clicks Pharmacy Columbine Square, is quite convenient for us to go to however there are a number of things which urgently needs management's attention.Firstly, the queues are always so long and even when you are finally assisted by the Pharmacists they always seem to be on a permanent go-slow. It's as if they want to compete with each other as to who can see the least amount of customers for they day. The lady today was only giving me 2 items on the prescription but it took her forever to come back, and this is the same pattern with most if not all the pharmacists at any time you go there. Some even go on chatting with the customers and you are just sitting there patiently waiting but yet so annoyed. Further to this I just don't understand why do they serve the self-medication people before prescription customers - I don't understand this system. I saw people who seemed to have come after me getting attended before me.Secondly, they are not friendly and you are quite lucky if you are greeted. In fact they wait to see if you greet them first. Absolutely shocking!Thirdly, after they get your meds packed in that box they hand to you it's done with nothing said, just co-payment is...". Am I missing something here - I can clearly remember previously how pharmacists would go through each of the medication boxes/packets with you and explain how to use as per the doctors instructions etc. I literally had google opened while I stood in front of the lady today as she didn't say a word and as I asked her she just agreed with what I was saying.We normally look at these individuals as professionals but they really don't exhibit this at this store."

The dispensary is a nightmare. We stand in queues (even with tickets) for a long time. Some of the pharmacists are just so unfriendly too

Just looking at the number of reviews and seems like their unanswered I am not actually sure If I should waste my time.And situation like this just makes employees to become worse since they know nothing happens after a review.Nevertheless, I was in clicks columbine pharmacy where I met the most disrespectful and arrogant not even sure if she is a qualified pharmacist or still at school with no manners. A person like that isn't allow to work in anything related to health care she does not even wear a name tag and I had to get her name and surname from her own colleagues.Zimasa mfenyane can not work with patients if she does not have patience, listening ears and respect for those she is dealing with.1. I have been buying/collecting medications for my family for many years at clicks pharmacy-columbine square and never received a service of this quality and many times I had pre-packaged medications and never received an sms and never complained.2. You can't have someone rude and clueless in your store. Tfst is why she is not wearing name tag.Last month when I collected my repeats I learnt that I had a new profile and I asked the gentleman who helped me to make sure to put it on sms and he told me he did.

I am so grateful to Karen Muller for going the extra mile for me yesterday. She didn't have to but was kind enough to understand my situation. Thanks again for the wonderful service and for your patience.

Please guys improve the quality of people you have in the pharmacy working for you. Only Tania mphuthi was wearing her name tag as locum pharmacist and the rest especially a rude lady with a name sizama or something was shouting at a customer after she was the one who called the customer s number but she was saying they jumped the queue and did not want to listen to what the customer was saying. No one really knows how your system works. She shouted at the customer, and said either you leave my counter or I leave.The customer had 2 profiles and did not have the expected heart to assist until tonia a very patient and kind locum could listen and assist.
