I recently took my Ford EcoSport for a service at Pop's Auto Shop. They provide wonderful customer service and are definitely reasonably priced! Thanks to their waterless car wash, my car was spotless! I can definitely recommend both the Auto Shop and their car wash services!

Excellent and transparent! I loved that they were on the ball, let me know the status of my brakes and my car battery so I can make informed decisions - sorted out not one but two issues I've had for years and they offered to look into it (after the let me know the extra costs which was fine as I kept forgetting to ask for them to be fixed) and they were able to fix it. I really had a fantastic experience and will definitely a returning customer

If you need to service your car and want to feel like a valued customer again, then try Pops Auto Shop in 9th Ave Walmer. Graeme and Paul have opened a car service center that reminds you of the days when automated call centers and systems driven businesses did not exist. I took my Suzuki for its 105 000 km service. The attention to detail was much appreciated and my little car was also valet'd as part of a very well priced service. Pops Auto Shops are certified so you can even service your car there whilst it is in warranty, thanks to the new rules. It's high time the dealerships were given a run for their money. See you gents is 15 000km time.

Heard about them on Algoa FM. Thought I would give them a try. Took my car in on the 28th February to have wiper arms/linkages replaced. They could not source one in P.E and could get it for me within 7 days. I am still waiting. To crown it all I was charged R529 just to diagnose the problem. R356 labour and R172 consumables. Car wash, zero rand. So I actually got a very expensive car wash and still no wiper linkages. First and the last time.

What great service! Friendly people who know their stuff and aren't going to con you into replacing parts that don't (yet) need replacement. Got the car back feeling like it was reborn and cleaner than it's been in a while! LOL! Just make sure the pensioner books the service if you want to take advantage of the pensioners discount ;) ;)
