Not bad service, so I guess 2 star rating is fine. However, the phone never get answered. You must carry a bag full of cash when you visit the place because the electronic payment system is always offline.

Pathetic service from arrogant staff!!!! Wont ever go to this specific PO again. Staff got an attitute! Pathetic...no wonder post offices in general closes down

Poor customer service, never again will I set my foot in there.To make matters worse, because of their service or lack thereof, loadshedding hit them when I was about to pay using card, which I could have done if they serviced me like other places would have, took me more than an hour looking for ATM to withdraw money.

Tymebank cards not accepted! Other than that I have always found staff to be friendly, helpful and swift. Would've been 5 stars if not for the them nto taking TymeBank

Not too bad an experience overall, but they do not accept any Tymebank payments, nor could I use the tap to pay function on my phone.I had to walk to the closest ATM, thus paying through the nose in bank costs.

They have a very clean working space, but that is the only upside to this place of work.My interaction started rather friendly but went downhill afterwards. I was accused of lying when I said I hadn't received an sms regarding my package. After that I was berated for the package having been registered under my work address rather than my name, which is not in my control. All throughout the interaction the gentleman behind the glass kept mumbling underneath his breath, thinking that I couldn't hear the obscenities he said regarding me.It is a rather sad situation that this is the state of our country's postal service.

Pathetic service, seems like the social between the staff behind the counter is more important then the customers. 25mins to get 2 parcels and me being the only one there.
