I'm extremely disappointed with this hair dresser. I went in for a wash and blow, then decided to trim my hair and asked the stylist to TRIM the edges and that I did not want to lose my length. He decided to get scissor happy and cut off more than 5cms off my ends. Then tried to sell me a product to make my hair grow?!!!There was no layering or style to my hair. It's as if someone put my hair on a chopping board and chopped it off with a knife.I would NOT recommend cutting long hair with him. He couldn't even take simple instructions to blow out my hair with roller brushes, instead He dried it with the hairdryer and used a flat iron to make curls. (He told me how he was going to do my hair, he didn't listen to what I wanted-terrible!)The hair wash with good salon products was the best part, so thank you for that lovely experience.

I had a really good cut and blow wave, Ernest was the stylist. Pleasant hand massage too!
