Tracy and Lucia are simply amazing when it comes to customer service. BMW Paarlberg did my brakes and discs service in 3 hours and gave me a discount to better an offer I got from another BMW franchise as well as an Auto center in town

This place is of zero safety interest to their clients and family members as pictures of their cars in the workshop are discussed in whatsapp groups. This info and pictures are shared by none other than the technicians. I am terribly sorry to say but I will not spend a cent or have my car serviced here ever again unless they get rid of rotten technicians in the workshop.

Had a very bad experience took 2 weeks to get answers regarding the repair of my car. After diagnosis at bmw Worcester and bmw paarl their stories were completely different stories.

The workshop foreman really went out of his way to identify the problem on my car and solved the issue.They refused to give me any discount. The part that i was quoted for cost more than three times the price quoted by Goldwagen. I would have taken the original if there was some discount. They even took R100 markup from the part they got from Goldwagen.There were customers waiting more than two hours for transport to take them home - their family eventually fetched them.The vehicle was fixed within three hours. I paid the jobcard and had to wait for three hours before i got it, even asking a few times where my car was.The audacity to put their name sticker on my car as advertisement without my consent and any advertising fees, takes the cake.Will i make use of them again, maybe not.

Reception at service desk is very helpful, but respect for the client's vehicle lacking in the workshop. Things have changed over the last 20 years and is no longer the same values.

As a young car enthusiast who have visited many car dealers ranging from Toyota to Ferrari to have a look at the beauty of cars, BMW Paarlberg is the best dealership that I have ever encountered. I bought my first BMW from them in 2019 (From Robbie) and everything from the purchase experience to the after sales to the servicing and the coffee was just incredible. Unfortunately I had to sell my car for a more practical vehicle (Ford Ranger). And if I had a choice, I would have preferred to buy and service my Ranger at BMW Paarlberg! Will definitely buy ALL my future BMW's from them. Keep up the awesome work!
