Lovely staff, the Services receptionist 8s excellent, made me feel at home and she is highly knowledgable and friendly....maintenance supervisor and manager gave a personal touch when I went to pick up my car after service.... keep it up

I had a very bad service for the first time going there. First impression last. Their pool cars are limited to transport customers within 10km, in which I just dropped within that range without considering that I leave just 15km away from them. They can't go an extra mile for a customer. I don't want to mention what happened when I had to be collected back to the dealership.. What a bad experience I had, but the manager is aware of what happened. I will never service my car there anymore.

I am vry mch disappointed by the service i got here,brought my car for timing belt then wen i returned it within 1 day bcos it wsnt performing well i ws told that i mus pay 1200 for diagnosis of which the car never had any prblms even the timing belt ws fo maintenance,tnx to the lady i gt wen i clld back she referrede to the manager and manager said it wl b fixed without any costs.I ws told dt shuttle only deliver only 10km approximately ,but on the next day a white man ws offered to b delivered at Dikhololo which is abt 25km ,i ws lucky only on dt day tp b delivered to letlhabile bcos of this old white man.I wouldn't recommend dis dealership nt at all bcos we gt to b treated differently bcos of our skin colour

Bought a brand new polo. 16km on the clock. Beautiful ride. Aircon gas was finished which is weird. But other than that they are covering everything at the moment. They go above and beyond for their clients.

Staff friendly and professional. My car was beautifully clean and shiny when I arrived to collect it. The staff kept me informed about my car during the day. I was also dropped off at home and collected when my car was ready by a very friendly gentleman who was a competent driver, and made you feel welcome and engaged in conversation during our ride. Thank you for an all round pleasurable experience!!

I purchased a Polo from VW Brits on the 24th of June 2022 and I am SO impressed with the service I’ve received. Everything flowed smoothly and specifically Leston made the purchase so easy.
