Had awful experience with the manager , She is stressed and ready to snap at customers,for her own swipe card machines and other equipment not working. This is NOT the type of service We need in Westville. Rather use Absolute Pets Westville

We have visited this store a few times & thus far have had a good experience. The gentleman at the counter is always so friendly & helpful. The prices are affordable too.

Had an awful experience. Paid for a premium product, only to find out afterwards that this was not the case. I called the store to notify them about my issue. The manager was not helpful at all and said the supplier had changed their packaging. So basically tough luck and I'm stuck with the wrong product. Extremely disappointed with their attitude. I have since taken my business elsewhere.
