I quite enjoy this store. It's a quaint store but very well stocked. This is one of the few petzone I have seen that are up to date with social media and newly released stocks.You have to wear a mask to enter this store. There is a sanitizer stand at the door.

I bought grant delight chinchilla food for PetZone in Rietfontein and 3 days after buying it, I lost my chinchilla. According to the brreader this is not proscribed for them and I am the 3rd person in 10 days that lost our chinchillas and we all baught this food. And the dried corn inside gives them a running tummy. This mix poisoned my chinchilla.

The most disgusting man, speaking to his staff while swearing and while I'm looking. When he saw me he is so sorry but with a giggle. This is totally unacceptable and I have started to tell people not to support this store. Does he have people skills and the necessary training to deal with customers? Hi is name is John and he is a pathetic person. I don't even speak to my workers like that. DISGUSTING¡!!!!!!
