She was extremely helpful and kind, she always responded immediately to my emails or messages, kept me in the loop with updates throughout the whole process and was just generally on the ball. The process of selling and buying a home is a stressful one but Elsa definitely made it easier. I wouldn't hesitate to use Meridian if I sold my property

Dear Sir/Madam,My house at 10 Saint Malo Avenue, Everglen, Durbanville has just been sold. Mariaan van Rooyen was the sales agent.This serves to indicate that the service rendered by her has been the most effective that I have ever experienced in 69 years of living. She absolutely went out of her way to make things happen. Her conduct was absolutely perfect and above board. She gave us assistance during the whole process of the sale of the house and assisted in making the sale happen. Roof asbestos cement testing, acquiring electricians for COCs, Plumbers for Water COCs and Beatle Certificates were not a problem.We vacated the house earlier some time before the new owner could accept ownership. During the empty house stage she frequently visited the house to ensure that the house is constantly in an immaculate state. Finding painters and garden maintenance to keep the house in a good state was no problem to her.I can honestly say that she made the sale and kept both the seller and buyer happy, and she made sure that the house was a perfect buy.
