Dr Andrew has been our vet for many years now & his commitment, support & care to our dogs over the years has been absolutely incredible. He is empathetic yet practical as he always has the animals best interests at heart. What sets him apart from the rest is that he works with you every step of the way by taking your knowledge of your furbabies into consideration and applying that together with his amazing knowledge & skills to provide the highest level of care at all times. I highly recommend Dr Andrew for anyone who is looking for a vet that will not only be there through the day to day consultations but who will also be there to guide you through your furbabies operations, rehabilitations & golden years & helping to ensure that they receive the best love, care & support throughout. A special mention must also go to Dr Andrew's incredible team. They are the best!

This vet is without a doubt the best vet in CT. My dog had a complicated gut issue - which other vets simply brushed off as garbage gut". We knew there was something more serious wrong with him. The vets at Ou Kaapse Vet took the time (many visits until we got to the bottom of it) to truly find out the issue and send us to the right specialist. My dog now lives a healthy life because of it! Previously he spent days vomiting

There is literally no other practice I trust more with my furbabies. I have been taking my 3 cats to them for over 4 years and have never ever had a bad experience. In 2020 my dear Scrabble became ill and I took him to Dr Tania. She did not stop until we found out what was wrong. Unfortunately he lost his battle, but Dr Tania did not give up on him once. I know he remembers the very kind Dr who took care of him <3 Scott and Scarlett still visits Ou Kaapse Vet on a yearly basis and I will not take them anywhere else. Thank you for everything xx

I was recommended to this vet and I could not be more grateful for the entire staff here, including reception and the doctors of course. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly but mainly because they are hands on. My dog loves coming to the vet as he gets all the attention. They deep dice all aspects in order to deal with the situation best they can. I would definitely recommend Ou Kaapse Vet if you are in need for all round assistance and great results

I cannot recommend this vet enough! After a terrible experience at my previous vet in Green Point, a friend recommended Ou Kaapse Vet to me. A bit of a drive from where I live but SO worth it! All of the staff are amazing!! (Vets, nurses and reception included). They are so friendly and willing to help! They genuinely care for animals and want to help you and your pet! It is the first vet that I have seen that stood and listened to everything I had to say in depth before examining my dog.Dr Andrew has been with us every step of the way with my dog's illness. Kept us up to date and checked in to see how she is doing. I have never felt rushed or unheard and have complete trust them!Occasionally I pop into one of the vets in my area (Sea Point/Green Point) just to get some of my dog's food, that is only sold at vets, and the contrast in staff and friendliness is incomparable to Ou Kaapse Vet!!

Staff are warm, professional and kind. The practice is calm and quiet so my nervy cat is not as stressed as she would be elsewhere. I know she is in good hands.
