Its always a little daunting to buy anything on line and most of us like to see what we are purchasing beforehand so it was with a little apprehension that I placed my first order. I need not have worried. It arrived in a spotless polystyrene box, perfectly sealed and frozen. The pieces of fish, were clean, well presented and easy to separate. I could not wait to get stuck in and started off with making grilled lemon butter sole, absolutely delicious. The giant prawns grilled in a garlic butter sauce is next on my list of meals.

I live in KZN and my parents are in Cape Town. Caught online has made it possible for me to buy my Mom seafood that is high in omega 3 and 6, something essential to her health. Ive been using caught online for years, they are the definition of service excellence. Deliveries always on time, communication constant and clear. My mom was recently sick with flu, after eating caught online products her health improved dramatically. One of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with...what a pleasure.

There was a glitch on the ordering system so my order wasn't picked up. I contacted them on the messenger page. The owner Calvin was so very helpful. He arranged delivery for the very same day. Calvin was awesome and super friendly!! The seafood was fresh and amazing. Thanks so much to Calvin and the caught online team for efficiency and great seafood.

Nothing short of exceptional! Placed an order for 3kg fresh hake Thursday 27th Oct 2022 at 3pm, order arrived Friday 28th October 2022 at 12:53pm, the delivery is fast, friendly service, they txt you a link before delivery with a time frame so you won’t have to sit around all day! Excellent packaging, they offer anything seafood! My order was individually packed, this makes freezing & using so much easier. Will definitely order again & I will recommend this to anyone wanting to eat healthier. Thank you caughtonline.Co.za

I placed an order for soft shell crabs. Once it defrosted the crab just broke into pieces and the skin was separating from the meat, at this point it was a mess and no way i could make marinated crab as it became inedible. A waste of my money. These crabs should be sold fresh and not frozen!
