I rarely write reviews, but i have finally lost my patience with this pharmacy and will never go there again. I was giving monthly business with my son's regular scripts because I thought it would be easier as time is of an essence, and also thought to support local business rather than big corporates, but I waited for 25 minutes as I watched customers who came in after me get their scripts first. It's probably a good place to go if you're friends with Joe, but if not, don't waste your time or energy.

Very poor customer service. The front lady was not friendly and didn’t even assist me. I was told about not being on their system.

Visited this pharmacy and the white elderly lady at the front desk was extremely helpful as soon as I entered, however it was downhill from there. I waited for about 20 minutes as I saw customers/friends of the pharmacist enter and leave. When I queried about my script, I was told to wait from another lady at front desk- I waited for a further 15 minutes. Finally when I received my script, I told this lady I have never waited so long in a pharmacy before, she told I should have gone to dischem because I would have waited there for much longer. This really upsetted me but I paid for my things and left, only to realise when I got home she didnt even put in some of the things I wanted to purchase. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable!!!

Very slow and unhelpful service both times I've taken my prescription here. Waiting 10 or more minutes for the staff to give me a quote while feeling sick is not what I consider acceptable.
