Very Very Bad service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, Cannot even send me to the correct department via phone to get a quote for a service on my vehicle, and the person that is called Prusulla Malepe" keeps on dropping the phone in my ear after I have hold the phone for a great period of time for assistance

Your parts desk needs serious attention. Those two guys are not helpful and under-trained. They don't know how to search for a part even though I gave them a VIN. They claimed they have limited access to the system, and sent me to a guy called Jonathan who has full access. Jonathan had already gone home at 13:00 and I couldn't be assisted after waiting for a whole hour. Does your entire establishment depend on Jonathan? Why don't you train the two guys at the parts desk? Your facility is frustrating, reeks incompetence and gives a bad reputation to the Toyota name. I will never buy from you again and will never recommend you.

Average. Struggled to find the part and did not know installation cost. To fit a towbar on a Corolla is verrrrry difficult

Very poor service, my car have been there for four days. They still haven't' look at it I am the one who always calls to get an updates. They always say they will call me and never did. I received a very poor service from a lady called Tebogo, she is so unprofessional, she raises her voice and never gave me n opportunity to speak. She has too much stories every time and everyday when I call.

Worst service I have ever got not the first time also.Asked them for a qoute on a small spring haven't received it and it's been 4 months also requested a qoute for a clutch replacement was told the qoute was just sent stil waiting.WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE!!!!!
