It took me many months before I felt comfortable attending a Nia class. It didn't take much convincing from a friend to convince me to attend a class, and now I'm so glad I did. It was just wonderful. It was an instant feeling of welcome that brought my love for dance back. The people and music were simply contagious. I can't wait for my next class

Just attended an amazing event at Our Movement Studio!! What an awesome and beautiful space, the staff are so friendly and helpful! Definitely worth the visit, I'll be back for sure :)

The Movement studio is spacious, airy, and clean. The vibe is peaceful, welcoming and homey. The instructor for the aerial Yoga is a beautiful soul inside and out. Knowledge, patient, kind, professional and very capable. I'm totally hooked on the effectiveness of the aerial yoga after just one yoga. Especially with my back injury I feel stronger, less pain and more alive. I'd reccomend anyone and everyone go for a try put. You cant loose here you can only reap the benefits and your body and mind will love you for it!
