Very professional shop with a great range of products. It even helps a lot that most of these are on display with demo models as well. With me being deaf Omar also went the extra effort to make all communication easy for me to follow. Excellent service and assistance from Omar (owner). Highly recommended.

I received excellent and friendly service. I came in with an older watch model that needed a strap. The staff searched for me and found one in the shop (I had to leave the country the next day). I was very happy and relieved! Would definitely recommend a visit and I would most definitely return the next time I'm in Cape town.

Excellent Customer service. I dealt with Regis MuyamboTook my watch in to get replaced just before the Christmas break. They didn’t ask questions as it was a manufacturing fault and even gave me the opportunity to upgrade.They managed to get my new watch just before they closed and notified me immediately.Will definitely be supporting them and recommending them.

Staff were okay, they just wanted to book my waych in and send it to Garmin which would cost me big time. Without checking that my init was actually bought there so maybe some training is needed for the staff on a protocall.
