I recently dropped my camera during a holiday trip and the back panel buttons were malfunctioning. I enquired multiple camera repairs for possible fault and the only response was - “take it in, pay and inspection fee and we will see”. Without further inspection, zayid provided a potential solution and a rough quote and from conversation to getting my camera back, it was all done under a week. Works Perfect did a great job of transferring precious home movies from DVD to MP4, including recovering some damaged files.

When you're looking to get your SLR or Mirrorless camera repaired it's reassuring to talk to the person who's actually going to carry out the work. Most repair shops I contacted wanted me to bring the camera in(or even worse post it) before they would provide even a ball park estimate. Even though I explained the problem was a cracked viewfinder. When I eventually spoke to Ziyad Moussa at Works Perfect it was obvious I was talking to a technical expert and not a receptionist or sales person. He gave me a ball park figure and an estimate of how long it would take. I dropped the camera off, the quote was confirmed and a couple of weeks later I had my camera good as new. Thank you Ziayd. I needed somewhere that could convert a massive stack of mini-VHS tapes to digital in a tight timeframe for a birthday. The service here was wonderful with really reasonable pricing, and the outcome of the conversions turned out great. I was also pleasantly surprised by how we were given DVDs of all the tapes as part of the digital conversion service, so we've now been able to enjoy watching the videos again on the TV as well.
