That shop is heaven. Every type of wool is there! That owner is amazing and knows what customers need! I can drive from Johannesburg to Vereeninging every weekend to go to this shop!

As a first time customer I did not find their website user friendly at all, it was a lot easier to just email and get the order done that way. Secondly the courier fees are really expensive and so I had to courier my own order of which they did not write the correct address on the parcel so my parcel got detoured which took an extra 3 days to be delivered. Their prices are very competitive and products good quality. I am happy with the products received.I dont think I'll buy from them again as its more of a hassle to get stuff ordered and delivered than anything else especially when there was communicated with what needs to be done.
