I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company, from missed appointments, to being two hours late, to then making a complete mess in our home while cleaning one rocking chair, I definitely don’t think they are South Africa’s number 1 cleaning service by a long shot. No response to my email indicating my dissatisfaction either. Save yourself the money and the trouble and use another company.

We scheduled for 9am but they didn't arrive after an hour so we called to confirm. We heard some mumbles then the call was put down. We called several times but no response. We called with a different phone and they answered. Just for the phone to be put down when they heard the name it was scheduled for. Seems like they were purposefully avoiding our phone calls... They never came. It's an absolute scam and i do not recommend using this service.

Absolutely the worst possible service. The cleaning team arrived 3 hours late (no phone calls) and did not finish the job on the day as per the quote but promised to be back early the following morning. They did not arrive at all the following morning. After calling 3 times, I was told that the team was not working as it was overcast on the day. I would not recommend using this company at all.

So disappointing, website is amazing and some of the reviews were really good but it's not true. They say that the person coming to clean can speak English and the lady we got couldn't understand what we were saying and when she answered she mixed her language with English. They say that they are trained and she didn't dust anything and barely cleaned. I was absolutely disgusted we then phoned Walter and he said that he will speak to the lady and we asked her and she said no. We then tried to phone them back and the phone was off and we couldn't get ahold of them after numerous calls still nothing. It's an absolute waste of money.

I recently had my place renovated with screed. As a result, there was screed dust everywhere on everything. I googled a bit for cleaners and found a few companies, I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical with these guys ratings but gave them a try anyway. They were a bit late but the supervisor called me early enough to let me know. They cleaned very well, and if there was an issue I spotted, rest assured they are easy to engage with and they get it resolved cheerfully and immediately. They worked hard the entire day from 09h30 till just after 17h00. I would definitely recommend and I will be using again in future.

Clearly stated what we required on the phone, a few minutes later we were asked to detail what we wanted done on email or sms - gladly did but on the scheduled day they did not show.Called them a few minutes before the time to confirm, the person who answered mumbled something and hung up - called them numerous tumes after that no answer, sent sms alsoA very bad choice, look for another company

I first encountered CleanServ when I had a mildew situation that seemed uncontrollable in my bathroom. They gave the ceiling a great clean I could hardly believe my eyes when all the black had been removed. The ceiling was restored to its original white and the mildew has not returned since. It is no wonder I have sought CleanServ over and over again for my cleaning requirements. They know how to get the job done. All at affordable rates too.

Never arrived on the scheduled date. Then called to reschedule. Again, arrived an hour and thirty minutes late. I tried calling several times. The phone was put down on me and not answered again. Did not take care when moving the cleaning machine around on my wooden floors - water seeped everywhere, marks on my floors. Cleaned my rug on my wooden floors without taking care to prevent water stains. Not worth the money.
