YDE

Yesterday I visited YDE at the V&A Waterfront. I returned one item and purchased two new items. The service I received from the staff was honestly shocking. From the dressing rooms not being attended by anyone, to the lengthy process of simply returning an item I had bought only a few days ago.The staff member I had to deal with laughed at me when I told her that I was returning a garment due to the quality of the material and stitching, had a hug reaction like it was the end of the world when I replied that I had paid with a Debit card, not a credit card, and wrote the number 3 instead of 6 and only after telling her for the fourth time that my address was 6 and not 3 did she manage to write it down correctly.So unfriendly, horrible service and such a shame.I honestly hope management will speak to the staff and hopefully give them customer service training.

Really good service with a wide variety of dresses. There was a problem with the dress I wanted to buy and the staff helped me track that dress in another YDE . They helped me reserve the dress as well. Friendly staff. I had too many dresses to carry so the security guard helped me carry them to the dressing room. Perfect place for an evening dress.

My niece wanted to buy her matric dance dress, I gifted some money and her mom had funds on her card, they wanted to pay with 2 cards, and the store said no. It's a horrible covid sad year, times are tough, adapt to payment options please?

Didn't find what i was looking for but there was a mad sale on beautiful dresses.

I looked everywhere for the perfect dress to wear to my matrix dance, no place had .the last dress I wanted was in the security ladies hand ,she was holding it for someone else ...after the person canceled it, she came to look for me on the floor to give me the dress...I got the best service there and I can't be more overwhelmed with the people working there

Terrible service and terrible supervisor. She doesn't refund your money for the returns and exchanges, she is always forcing you to take the voucher for your returns or exchanges. If you want your money refunded you are forced to go to other YDE branches.
