disgraceful service from Gerhard AT PG Lawn Mowers. After being caught on numerous lies with regard to regreasing my Trim Tech lawn mower bearings and the way i found this out be be untrue is the cutting blade needs to be removed to remove the motor, (before i took the lawn mower to him I undone the two nuts by the blade and when machine returned to me the same nuts where loose) when questioned he said his mechanic made a mistake, when asked how do you regrease sealed bearings, O i've got this liquid oil based spray which they spray passed the bearing seal into ball bearings and then magically turns thick like grease, when ask to show me he sprayed onto hands but did not get thick like grease, the three securing bolts which hold the motor into place on chassis was not removed as grass cuttings caught under them, when asked about this, he replied they don't remove those bolts but the three motor bolts that hold the motor bearing end shields together, I ask please show as there is no access to these bolts with the blade and air vent cover at bottom oof motor, must give him that he tried but could not undo this bolts, he then offered to replace the bearings free of charge, I declined this as the damage was done, bad trading, charging me for work not done, trying to lie his way out of it.The reason I post this review is to make other people aware of my experience and not possibly fall into the same situation especially if not technical inclined.

Needed a lawnmower blade for an old lawnmower. They carried stock, with good advice on how to install it properly, at a very reasonable price. I will definitely support them again.

The owners lies and when caught out blames the customers conduct as rude. Sad bunch. Four days of promises and when confronted for lack of care and service defends with agression. Will not recommend anybody to use them. Unfortunately had to rate them 1 star to be able to comment.
