The interviewees were behaving very strange and when I asked to go to the shop outside, they declined until i lied and told them that my dad who is a police is outside in the car waiting for me.

I feel like some of these reviews are fake, I go to interviewed a month ago and i am glad I didn’t a accept the offer. There is no nascia salary . Only commission , bascially if you don’t make a sale you don’t Get paid and trust me it’s not a lot . You have to pay for your own transport . You work at certain areas and have to use your own money to get there which doesn’t make sense because you have no basic Salary . You spend more than you earn. The hours are terrible as well.

Greatest experience ever since I've joined the company I'm no longer the same person I was before I joined the business. Great Company for a start in the sales industry (just not professional)They say the job is sales and direct marketing but you will basically be doing promotionsThere have no basic salary and promise R1900(if I am not mistaken) a week, based on salesPersonally, If I submitted my CV when applying for a job I do not understand why another copy still needs to be bought forward for your interviewI was told to ask for the Director when I get to the reception I was interviewed by someone totally differentThey will say your interview is at 10am but you will only make it in the interview room at 11am (first come first serve )I kindly asked at 10;30 that I was told to be here at 10 and I was rudely dismissed and told to wait (MIND YOU THERE ARE OVER 10 PEOPLE COMING FOR THE 10AM INTERVIEW)I was interviewed with another lady at the same time who (which is another level of unprofessionalism for me)This is not a complaintBut I believe your systems and processes can be done much better, we are all humans at the end of the day seeking employment. If I am punctual and the company I am trying to work for is not, that is a red flag for meI repeat....I am not saying this is not a good job. if you know you can survive with a commission base then go for itI advise you dedicate at least 2 hours for your interview processThe later you are, the longer it takes for you to get inWatch how this comment is going to be deleted because I am the only one who will tell you the realistic truth

Fun environment to work in. You learn a lot especially if you are hard working and a go getter. You get motivated and you learn a lot about not giving up on yourself, your goals and life in general. You get to see the talents that were hidden within you as well and it unlocks the spirit of you wanting to give yourself more. Better goals, a better life and ambitions.

Well.. If you have ever been sent for a run around, this is definitely one. Be prepared to be shortlisted for 1 sales position among over 50 candidates. People who are desperately looking for jobs, with qualifications sitting 3 consecutive days in a row non-negotionable of time, irrespective of appointment. Wow.. Truely very dissapointing. Very unprofessional company, noisy and in my personal opinion really a waste of time and resources. I don't know if there is really a job at the end of this tunnel. Expect a 1st appointment, very brief overview. 2nd appointment is shared between you and other people. Im not even coming back to see what happens next.. No real jobs here, don't be fooled.

So many scammers around your name, maybe alleviate those and more and better reviews will come through.
