I sent a lady from my office to take in my phone for a quote to get the screen repaired. This was from an instruction of our insurance broker.I was shocked to hear that while she was there the sales staff had a discussion on how to make money, and the best option being to open a strip club with a braai and booz.I am shocked to think that this type of discussion is linked to the SAMSUNG brand and a store with a SAMSUNG sign with so little disrespect to a lady.Insident happened 3 December 2020 at 11H00.

Disgusted in service at colonadeI had to drive further to another Samsung outlet who resolved my issue in 10 minutes.I believe in chances but noted every comment bad about Samsung Kollonade and based on that it should be closed downDISGUSTING SERVICEThey technician doesn't know what is going on

I ordered a Samsung Note 4 battery. 11 Days later the assistant tried to explain to me that the battery (which I already paid for in full) have not evan been ordered by them yet. This is extremely disappointing. I will not support this shop again.
