Great customer service to say the least and some of the cheapest prices on original samsung accessories i have ever seen. One of the best online shopping experiences I have ever had, and I do online shopping a lot. When I placed an order and went through the checkout, I had mistakenly picked the wrong model phone case. I immediately emailed customer support asking for some help and within 24 hours, a person by the name of Rick, resolved my problem. Despite this inconvenience, 3 days later ( in Durban area ) I received my package with a lovely handwritten note from Rick. If you ever have the option to purchase your accessories online, DO IT WITH ACCESSIFY. From now on, I will always support this business. Oh and btw they have a great referral program that you should definitely make use of.
