Ernest rescued my worse-for-wear laptop and with a new SSD and additional RAM. I can now stretch its lifetime for a few more years. It feels like a brand new laptop. They went above and beyond to procure a scarce RAM module compatible with my mother board, after a few other companies I consulted assured me that the RAM could not be upgraded. Super happy with their knowledgeable and efficient service.
