Really bad service at their ER.Had a bike accident and they did trauma x-Rays but didn’t bother cleaning or dressing my “massive” wounds on my leg, had to make another appointment at my doctor and now I’m being fitted with a boot for 6 weeks and then surgery.Hopefully I get better service when I go for my surgery.Please note: This is not first time I’ve experienced bad service at this hospital, I’ve been there for 3 spinal surgeries and their high area unit is just as useless.Unfortunately all the doctors and specialists only operate there, so I’m forced to go back.This review is not for their corporate office but for Vergelegen hospital in Somerset West.

Great place to work

The doctor on call from er consulting at highveld mediclinic Thricharth night shift one on the 16 September 2021 was pathetic terrible service from a doctor like that. could not even bother to check on a patient pathetic doctor

My husband has been in and out of Milnerton Mediclinic for 4 months. They can't isolate the infection apparently. Here's why. A Colostomy bag is put on over an open wound where the suprapubic catheter was. He is left in his own filth. Speaking to matrons, doctors, GM's and patient care directors gets you nowhere. This is the worst hospital ever !! Pity I can't attach the photos......

Very poor and sad service from your Pietermaritzburg Medi clinic. Emergency section. It's an emergency room that takes hours to get served. I gad to complain to get any service. Very disappointing for the amount of money we pay.

A beautiful head office indeed. Has a welcoming feeling with friendly faces to assist from security to the receptionist

Please do give attention to your Cape Gate branch. My bleeding fiancé had to wait 6 hours and not be attended to. No blankets in the ER, I had to cover her with my jacket and keep her warm while the staff were standing and looking at us. Horrific experience.
