Like any other South African government institution, terrible service and you have to bribe someone to help you. Don't go there without cash or you will not be helped. I had to pay the lady at the gate to get in and everyone inside. My wife refuses to go there anymore. Not even worth 1 star.

Depending on the mood of the staff, you are told to park at the bottom of the ramp and throw your garden rubble in a dumpster that is too high to reach. They don't care if you complain about it.When you do get to park on the ramp, you are given a broom and told that you need to make sure that there is no mess when you finished. My gardener who comes with me to help me dump the branches are told to get into the dumpster and compact the rubbish. If you don't comply then you can not dump there.

The staff are friendly and try to be helpful but they couldn't help with my bin problem. No wheelie bins available.
