Once again wanted to buy something . No service. Only once I walked out they wanted to assist me. In my opinion as soon as a customer walk in there should someone be there to assist. I would not recommend Amper Alles Rayton to anyone.

My neighbour, a 79-year-old man, bought a Cadac gas heater at Amper Alles Mica Rayton. Unfortunately, when he got home, he discovered that the gas control knob was faulty. I accompanied him to the shop the next day, and we had the heater exchanged. We were ably assisted by Theko Mantutle – who was extremely helpful, capable, and efficient.The same cannot be said for the manager, who seems to be in dire need of a customer relations course. He did not even have the common decency to greet us, speak to us, or to listen to our complaint.Lesson for the Day: Bad attitude does not attract potential customers.
