Very poor service, particularly the fact that you don't sell alcoholic beverages. I'm certain you're the only branch in South Africa that doesn't have a liquor license.

It would be nice to be served by someone who seems enthusiastic about their job and there was quite a rush for us to pay after eating, the food was lovely the cappuccino was not hot enough.

Really poor all round experience. Very slow service. Order was incomplete and not what was asked for. 'Toast' was just warm bread not toasted at all. Requested soft sunny side up fried eggs, received rubbery and hard ones... Really not up to Wimpy standards. None of our three orders were acceptable
