if i could give no stars, this would be the best rating Rush South Africa deserves.On Monday 17 January 2022 i logged and paid for a collection and delivery of a parcel before the 13h00 cut off time for delivery on Tuesday. Today is Tuesday it is now 17h00. I am still sitting with the parcel infont of me. I raised this with Rush in the am and they assured me that parcel will be collected today being tuesday and delivered tomorrow Wednesday the 19th January 2022.i I have just put the phone down on yet another call where i was informed that the parcel had not been logged for collection afterall, despite my earlier calls.today is the 19th January, was infomed today that parcel would be collected. it is now 13h20 and parcel remains here with me.do yourself a favor, take the time to go to postnet, i know it is a shlep, but at least your parcel will get delivered, and it would be far less frustrating than this.@rush, if parcel is not collected today, please refund me, i will make alternative arrangements. in addition i will be warning all my small business friends of the dismal service received

They don't answer calls how will they handle a package? Pathetic

I have been using Rush for a few months. They are cost effective and not once have I had anyone not take responsibility from start to finish regarding a query when the courier messed up. I have to say Joy has been a life saver to me from way before the lockdown...and only today did I find that she is in Accounts! She has helped to resolve countless delayed parcels with the courier themselves and yet its not even part of her job. She went and still goes above and beyond her duty and she should be highly commended by the company as a star employee. Joy, thank you for being so amazing, for helping me and listening to my rants about the courier and always coming back with an answer. You ROCK!!!

Great experience - got me a good quote via a well known courier company and allowed me to insure package. Delivered from Pretoria to Cape Town in 3 days!

Have used Rush 5 times this year always with the budget option. I always receive my parcels quickly and more economically than any other providers. The last parcel I received in less than 24 hours. Amazing service.

They are very cost effective and give you more than one service provider to choose from. I almost missed out on excellent service by checking reviews on other sites first last month. I also loved the fact that I was treated like a big paying client. Everything was done professionally.Starting from their user-friendly website that enables you to do a quick quote and send a parcel, to the agents who are available online to chat to you in need of assistance instead of a robot that can't answer some questions, to their quick response to queries and their working relationship with The Courier guy services. The courier service was faster than I could be ready for their collection.Even when the mistake was mine Rush Courier would go out of their way to resolve my issue. I have found a courier company for whatever I need to send now(essential products) and future after the Lockdown. I am impressed.Keep it up Rush Courier

Mike & his Team has been tremendously helpful, they have gone over and above to assist us. We had 4 deliveries (3 boxes per destination) that needed to go to 4 different Lodges/Game Reserves with a tight deadline, and I mean tight as a vacuum sealed product!Goods were picked up on the 18/03 and regardless of the Public Holiday, all goods were delivered by the 24/03 (Gobsmacked) if you know the shipping industry, all game reserves only gets delivered once or twice a week but with the assistance of Mike & his team, they made this possible.Thank you Mike and your team for handling our consignments with professionalism and efficiency - we and our client are most grateful.We would definitely recommend Rush, they are very affordable & efficient.The Bindery Shoppe Team

I sent my daughter a wedding present in UK. I was shocked at the prices when I contacted the mainstream couriers. I came across the Rush South Africa website and completed the online quotation forms and was immediately sceptical because the price was so much more affordable. 1 was sceptical about your service because of this and the process seemed too easy. I managed to contact Lesego @ Rush. She was super helpful and put me in contact with a regular client who couldn't say enough good things about the service. Long story short, that was a week ago and my parcel was delivered this morning!Thank you RUSH.
